Meet Our Team
Kurt D. Needles – Partner and CPA
Kurt brings over 44 years of experience working exclusively with Unions and Multiemployer Plans. His background spans a diverse range of plan types and sizes, administrator structures, and collaborative work with dozens of attorneys, benefit consultants, investment firms, and investment advisors. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from two to ten employees, built entirely around the specialized purpose of auditing Unions and their Employee Benefit Plans.
Tosin Oyewo – Partner and CPA
I started working with the firm upon graduation from college as a staff accountant. Upon recommendation from our peer reviewer, I was made the audit manager, after leading the firm in technical issues regarding employee benefit plan audits, creating workpaper templates so audits are more uniform. I have provided staff and clients with guidance on new audit standards and how they can be applied to EBP audits.
Randy Eck – Audit Manager and CPA
Randy Eck brings nearly 30 years of experience with Employee Benefit Plans, specializing in defined benefit plans and health and welfare plans. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and earned his CPA designation in November 1999. Randy is married and has two children.
